Tackboard Upholstery

Using leftover fabric from my slipcovers, I upholstered the tackboard in my office. It was quick and easy to do. I had to do a little bit of sewing to stitch fabric pieces together because the original fabric length wasn't long enough, and then I did a zigzag stitch on the edges to keep it from fraying. It was easy to install with a light duty staple gun. Note how it complements the lamp that Kate T. got from Who New? and generously gave to me. (Thanks, Kate--so many people at work have commented on the lamp!)
