pittsburgh events this weekend

So much is going on this holiday weekend! Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend.

Tonight:
Bicycle Film Festival starts at the Warhol Museum.

Friday:
Three Rivers Regatta starts. This year some guy is going to walk on a tightrope across the Allegheny River!

Unblurred on Penn Avenue has some cool things on the agenda: glass art, and new stuff from Tweek Clothing (somehow I missed that this opened!), and all galleries open until about 11 or so.

Saturday:
4th of July events at Point State Park. I always have the best place to watch the fireworks: my roof!

Sunday:
Pittsburgh Center for the Arts YART sale. A bunch of different art will be on sale (at yard sale prices), but I'm intrigued with the "unusual finds" promised in the PG article.
